We developed a robust e-commerce website that enabled users to select and purchase exams with custom automation and purchase flows for each level of accreditation. The solution integrated Woocommerce for shop/payment management, Mighty Networks for community management and learning management system (LMS), Moodle for exam delivery and management, Stripe for secure payment processing, and HubSpot for CRM synchronization to manage customer relationships and communications. Each accreditation had its own custom purchase flow and post purchase automations. We also extended WooCommerce with substantial custom cart functionality to move the capture of specialized information to after payment processing but still within the shopping process. new e-commerce solution enabled FMI to successfully transition to an online exam format, ensuring business continuity during the COVID-19 pandemic.
