A luxury portfolio website for the Toronto Real Estate market
Kevin McCarthy is a top Toronto luxury real estate agents who has a long standing history of success as a realtor with the top one percent of sales dollar volume for years. When Kevin came to Quarter he had a website in need of modernization, and was looking to create a modern, and refined luxury experience on his website for his clients.
Opportunity
One of the largest opportunities that we felt we had with Kevin’s website was his vast portfolio of absolutely stunning photography. Kevin had nearly 200 past sold houses that all had incredibly high quality photography, and as a result, our primary objective in terms of look, and feel was to let his work speak for itself.
Solution
Custom Wordpress Website
We settled on a visual identity that revolves around creating lots of space for his photography to breeze, a modern font, and paired the design with a comprehensive integration and custom coding for his listings.
The results of the website rebranding was a website that was breathable, minimal, and incredibly professional.
