Mariner’s Pier aimed to create a brand identity that would seamlessly blend a rich marina lifestyle with the opulence of modern luxury living.

A luxury waterfront development in Orillia, situated in an area with deep nautical roots, presented a challenge to develop a brand that both honored the historical significance of the development’s location while positioning the townhomes as a premier luxury cottaging location.

The branding opportunity for Mariner's Pier lay in crafting a narrative that would appeal to discerning buyers seeking an exclusive waterfront lifestyle. The goal was to balance the maritime heritage of Orillia and Lake Simcoe with the refined, upscale elements expected in a luxury development.

A complete branding package for Mariner's Pier

We collaborated closely with the Mariner’s Pier team to identify the core story of the development, focusing on the concept of luxury living on the waterfront. The branding strategy involved creating visual assets and brand guidelines that subtly integrated nautical elements, ensuring a connection to the marina’s history while emphasizing the sophistication and exclusivity of the development. Our work included developing the brand identity, which was reflected across all visual and marketing materials—business cards, signage, hoarding, website, billboards, print materials, brochures, and social media. Each element was carefully designed to convey the unique blend of tradition and luxury that Mariner's Pier represents, capturing the essence of a modern, upscale cottage lifestyle.
